Bah, sorry I’ve been such a slacker! This week’s meal plan features dishes working around “it’s hot as balls in our kitchen, I don’t want my husband to die while cooking.”
Monday: Quinoa and Spinach Patties
Tuesday: Chopped Chicken Taco Salads
Wednesday: Chicken with Mushrooms and Artichokes (I don’t know where this came from, probably a recipe book)
Thursday: Salad Niçoise Extraordinaire (minus the potatoes, will use extra chicken from Wednesday for the dish)
These are all brand new dishes, so I don’t have a review for them yet.
